To children of Hip Mamas: Looking for something scrumptious to make for your own lovin’ mama today? Try this:

Raw Chocolate Avocado Pudding

1 avocado
1/3 of a can of coconut milk (if the cream has separated from the water inside the can, just use about 1/4 – 1/3 cup of the cream part only!)
3-4 tbsp cacao powder
2-3 tbsp maple syrup
handful fresh organic or wild berries

  • In a food processor, blend the avocado, coconut milk or cream, cacao, and maple syrup until smooth.
  • Transfer pudding into bowls and top with berries.

Voila! You’ve made some velvety, HEALTHY chocolate pudding to share with the person who initiated you to the planet. We think that’s a pretty darn great way to say thanks.
